Join Tina Ferner for a unique yoga experience.  Class will begin with grounding and breath work, followed by gentle stretches and core strengthening and end with relaxation and meditation. This class is an opportunity for stress management and is for humans only 🙂 Bring your own mat, blanket, blocks if you have them. If not, use ours.
